    The new traffic lights and crosswalk designations at this intersection have made it very dangerous for pedestrians and vehicles exiting or entering the Little Red School. This intersection was already well known for collisions due to people over shooting and running the lights here, the fact that the new lights have been moved in the WRONG direction have exacerbated an already dangerous problem. The lights are now almost totally unreadable from BOTH driveways at 2979 and 2965 main street (The Little Red School). there have been 2-3 accidents here yearly and I myself was almost hit while walking across main street. In addition the new crosswalk painted designations were routed DIRECTLY into the driveway of 2965 main, supposedly for "wheel chair access"... if a car or worse an SUV is exiting this same driveway onto main street it creates a VERY VERY dangerous situation for an upright pedestrian in that crosswalk, never mind someone in a wheelchair who is 3 feet lower...
    All in all this is a discracefull situation especially considering the local children who come and go on this property six days a week, The LEAST that can be done is to have 2 traffic lights installed on the existing installation facing the two driveways of The Little Red School of Art and Music. This would AT LEAST give the traffic exiting onto main street a chance to do it safely.

    Spend one morning or evening at this intersection and you'll see why a left turn signal is needed at W. Broad & California/Knowlton. This is a huge problem! The intersection gets completely blocked, then when the light changes, no one can move...please vote to get this resolved!

    I READ THROUGH A GREAT DEAL OF THE ISSUES IN YOUR LOGS AND FOUND THAT THERE ARE A GREAT DEAL OF NOISE COMPLAINTS. THE ANSWER IS INVARIABLY TO CALL THE POLICE COMPLAINT NUMBER. THE PEOPLE ARE NOW WRTING BACK THAT THE POLICE EITHER DON'T RESPOND, WHICH HAS BEEN MY OWN EXPERIENCE OR THEY SHOW UP HOURS LATER. IN THE MEAN TIME WE SUFFER. THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THIS CITY IS FALLING AT AN ESCALADING PACE AND IT SEEMS THAT THE POLICE CHIEF AND THE OTHERS AROUND DON'T REALIZE THAT THEY HAVE A PART IN CORRECTIVE ACTIONS TO ENFORCE THE ORDINANCE.

    PEOPLE SUFFER WITH THE LOUD CONTINUOUS BLASTING OF THE MUSIC AND IT SEEMS THAT THE POLICE AND MAYOR ARE IGNORANT TO IT. THE MEDICAL COMMUNITY HAS FOR YEARS KNOWN AND PUBLISHED THE NEGATIVE EFFECT OF THE NOISE AND LOUD MUSIC ON PEOPLE AND COMMUNITY. WHY DO YOU THINK THAT THE PEOPLE IN THIS CITY HAVE HEALTH ISSUES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, SLEEPLESSNESS, AND YES EVEN VIOLENCT BEHAVIOR? TRY FROM LIVING IN THIS ENVIRONMENT THAT IS RUNNING WILD WITH NO CONTROL ON IT.

    WAKE UP POLICE AND ELECTED OFFICALS, THE GOOD PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT OF THIS CITY FOR THIS AS BEING ONE OF THE DRIVING REASONS. I CAN PERSONALLY NAME FIVE PEOPLE WHO WERE SINGLE FAMILY HOME OWNERS WHO HAVE LEFT THIS CITY IN THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS WITH MORE LOOKING TO GET ON OUT AND YES THE NOISE AND GENERAL BEHAVIORS THAT ARE BEING DEMONSTRATED IN THIS CITY ARE THE REASONS THAT THEY HAVE GONE. WHO DO YOU THINK ARE GOING TO REPLACE THOSE PEOPLE WHO WHERE PRODUCTIVE BUSINESS AND ALL AROUND GOOD CITIZENS? MORE OF THE NOISE MAKERS AND GANGBANGERS.

    The light to turn into HomeDepot either needs to be extended for north bound traffic on route 1, or the arrow only turn needs to be removed. The amount of traffic going into HomeDepot on a weekend (and most afternoons) backs up to the point at which it blocks the preceeding intersection.

    If you've ever come down Broadbridge you've been stuck at this light. There should be an arrow to turn left or the light should turn green for 30 seconds or more on the side coming from Boston Ave. If you want to turn left onto Canaan Road you can catch this light 3 to 4 times. People trying to turn here also cause the traffic to back up on Broadbridge, and often cut the light because they will get caught at the light again or risk turning in front of another car that always has to be in a big hurry to drive into the side of the turning car. This is such a dangerous situation.

    know enough that its illegal to ride dirt bikes and Atvs/Quads on city streets. I by no means am tryimg to ruin anyomea fun. However, every Saturday and Sunday 1-3 young men (late teens/20s) ride dirt bikes and a Atv up and down East Avenue for HOURS. They go from the Boston Abe end down to the Barnum Ave end. Up and down, over and over. Its extremely loud, causing car alarms to go off, dogs barking and howling. Thered no way to simply sit outside and enjoy the warm weather# Its a shame that they cannot be ridden at Bpt parks or beaches, but frankly thats the owners issue. We neighbors should not have to suffer. Thank You.

    The new fence around the Remington property has created a very hazardous blind corner on Helen street going onto Barnum avenue. Cars traveling south on Helen street cannot see around the fencing to view oncoming westbound traffic on Barnum avenue. If this fencing could be reset on an angle visibility would be greatly improved for motorists.
