There is large pothole right in front of the entrance to the south parking lot of 1627 Bryn Mawr Dr.

Need flashing red light or a RYG traffic light. South bound traffic on Bryn Mawr or Granville have the right of way and DO NOT STOP. Often times, neither does oncoming traffic on west bound W Church St. Someone is going to injured or killed here. I have reported this before. Thanks.

concentrated stretch of potholes. Engineering isues at the Swansee and Bryn Mawr need to be addressed. This area is always filled with potsholes because it essential a "wash" for all downhill drainage (from Bryn Mawr). The "wash" portion needs to be concrete (with a slight concave curvature to "contain" the run-off) to endure the near constant moisture. When I lived in CA, they would also cut small channels, approximate 1 wide and 1 inch deep, perpendicular the flow of traffic. This keeps the water off the road surface (kept our cars cleans from sprinkler run off) but would keep the road from icing up here in Newark, especially when people need to brake at this insection (southbound Swansea at Bryn Mawr) to yield to oncoming/side traffic.

Growing pothole

Many time I have almost been T-boned heading south on Bryn Mawr Dr to eastbound W. Church St. I fear that drivers don't see stop sign. Add flasher to stop sign or install flashing red traffic light

There are a couple of large potholes at the driveway into the condos on the right hand side

Large Pot hole at the stop sign on Bryn Mawr Dr on Bryn Mawr. Afraid it would ruin some rims on unsuspecting motorist

Low shoulder on continuous right turn lane (large hole)

Large pothole on freeway access from people cutting the corner. Fix pothole and extend radius of corner pavement
