    A speed limit sign should usually be placed at the beginning of a road
    after a busy intersection, for reassurance. Cropwell Road, south
    of Kresson Rd is 40 mph. There is a posted sign, but is a half mile
    away from the intersection. They should install a clear
    reflective sign at this location, and they might as well replace all of them to be reflective and clear to motorists. A sidewalk should also be built
    along Cropwell Road's western side.

    At this busy intersection on Springdale and Kresson Rds, there are
    crosswalks, where those who attend Cherry Hill East, the JCC,
    even the synagogue cross over these busy roads, and there
    are limited signs to alert drivers for pedestrian activity at this
    large intersection. Signs with that pedestrian figure and/or
    those school crossing signs should be installed at all ends of the
    intersection. This will improve safety.

    On Springdale Road, a sidewalk is present around its junction with
    Kresson Road, however, it ends abruptly, south of the intersection.
    A sidewalk should be built on both/either side of Springdale Rd, due to
    students at Cherry Hill East, religious people from the synagogue ,
    and those morning joggers.
