I have a business at 2929 San Mateo. There is an alley that runs north and south behind the business. It’s large enough for one car to pass but not tractor trailers They use it as a shortcut and they have torn down utility wires repeatedly in addition to my parking bumper at the end of my property. We need a sign that prohibits tractor trailers from traveling on this alley.

Illegal dog breeding and negelect. Animals are left unattended in the back yard in deplorable conditions. Two friendly adults and five puppies.
  • 3801 Claremont Avenue Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico - Bel-Air
This area is being invaded by homeless characters. They keep breaking into my backyard and stealing stuff!! All in the Bel Air Neighborhood, we are inundated with people walking around looking for open car doors, house doors and open windows. I have lived here all my life and there was never such a homeless/transient problem like there is now. No use to report to APD since they have to see it. We need more of a police presence, we need neighborhood patrols and lastly we need the the transients out of this area. Whataburger on Carlisle and Claremont is a haven for drug activity.
  • 3611-3699 Phoenix Avenue Northeast Albuquerque, New Mexico - Bel-Air
I can no longer take my children to Bel-Air park because of the massive overflow of transients. Local businesses are bombarded with people going in and asking for money. Businesses have to lock their doors during business hours because they're in fear of being robbed. Every street corner has a beggar on it. This is ridiculous already. DO SOMETHING!

Observed vehicle for the last week parked on Los Arboles, east of Carlisle and west of Hermosa for a week now. Vehicle moved its way to the sidewalk and near a residence. They are now building makeshift tents and adding more grocery carts. Also there are more homeless in the alleyway behind the residence stated. Right now, there are about 7 people and it is growing by the day. They are obstructing the sidewalk and I doubt that vehicle is registered or insured. I knew it was only a matter of time before these people started making their way into residential areas.

--------> PLEASE FORWARD to Councilwoman Tammy Fiebelkorn who was elected to do a job. That job consists of paying attention to the Bel Air Neighborhood. We are being infiltrated by homeless and the crime they bring. Not to mention the illegal drugs that circulate in the area. Our homes in this area are being broken in to as well as our vehicle. Stop passing the buck and do the jobs you were elected to do. We're sick of it!

We have contacted the city multiple times in the homeless are still refusing to leave. They just move to the alley behind and then back to our property.

Litter all the way up to the 2800 block of Aliso east on Claremont from Carlisle Blvd.

Something needs to be done about the homeless here. They are all over the place leaving their needles, clothes and trash.

Please send this to Tammy Fiebelkorn, she was elected to clean up her district.
