    After a red light there is no left turn arrow, only a flashing yellow arrow.

    It is ridiculous to make the River Rd traffic come to a stop to allow 1 or 2 cards to turn left onto Davis from River Rd. This should be a flashing yellow considering this intersection didn't even have a signal a few years ago.
