The alley behind my house is part of the only wheelchair accessible path in and out of my house; it's in such disrepair that I'm concerned for my son's safety pushing him to and from the bus stop, etc.

There is no posted speed limit on Stockton between Cowardin & Commerce and cars drive at a high speed. That is a major walking route for people in the community and children walking to Blackwell Elementary. Additional stop signs or a speed bump would improve the safety of the area tremendously.

There are children as well as hearing impaired person(s) that live in the neighborhood and cars speed around the corner of Everett and E. 13th Street. A speed hump in that area would help this problem.

E. 12th Street, E. 13th Street, Everett St and Stockton St.

We are experiencing dangerous drivers on a daily basis as they speed through these four streets. Children are playing in yards/near sidewalks and will soon be walking to school. Speed needs to be enforced.

East 12th Street is a one way street. There is no sign at the intersection of 12th and Everett labeling it as a one way road. In the last month, I have observed 3 separate times when cars have gone the wrong way and this is a serious hazard.

The property owner continues to throw trash (mattress, broken glass, and patio) in the alley. Their pick up is in front of their house. The weeds/grass is over the city code allowance. I have video of the property owner's son dumping this trash.

This house is a recent build and the builder tore up the sidewalk and never repaired it on the corner of Stockton and 11th. It is unsafe for pedestrians and impassable for those in wheelchairs.

There are no "Children at Play" signs in the neighborhood and there are vehicles speeding everyday. We need signage at the corner for Everett and E. 13th Street.

people hang out in the back of these vacant buildings and on the porches of the properties. drugs are sold daily. its like a drive thru drug store- alot of drug activity. they have fires burning in a bin daily

This property is endangering the public’s health, safety or welfare” and for a continuous six-month period, has been vacant, boarded up, and not “lawfully connected” to electric, water or sewer service. Under the current code/law the Owners whose buildings are designated as derelict will have 90 days to submit a plan to demolish or renovate the building. Please have someone take a look at this property.

A notice on the door is not sufficient. One owner has passed, the other is in a nursing home. A groundhog just ran out of that mess as I was pushing my handicapped child to his school bus. Don't make me call Tayleigh Davis with Channel 12 On Your Side.
