    Take a right turn off Rundberg onto hunters trace at the 9400 block... The road is so un even your almost lose control, erven if turning at a crawl pace... Our block/road needs to be re surfaced like the other roads in the area were done

    Please clean up what is a drainage area between Little Walnut Creek and Rutland Drive East of the Cross Creek Apts and make this appear as the area on the North side of the creek appears. And please trim up and remove dead and dying vegetation on both sides of Little Walnut Creek so it can be more easily maintained. Also, sever the poison ivy at the base of many trees and shrubs and give them a spray of Round-Up or similar herbicide. Let's give this area a good cleaning up for once!

    balconies all over this complex. Many appear in danger of collapse. You can observe this from the street from either

    Dead and dying vegetation needs to be removed or healthy trees and shrubs need trimming-up, poison ivy needs to be severed at the ground level as it begins to grow around trees and shrubs and needs to be treated with an herbicide like Round-up

    Traffic light east to west on Rundberg at Lamar needs to be examined. In crossing Lamar west to east the crossing light is on and traffic is still coming from Rundberg to southbound Lamar. I have almost been hit several times.
