North Main Street From Rt 128 To Chestnut/Oak Streets Randolph, MA - Randolph
North Main Street from Route 128 to Chestnut/Oak Streets is strewn with litter, curbside weeds, overgrown lawns and parking on lawns. People entering the Town from Route 128 and Milton are greeted with an image of a run-down community.

Do you believe this building could use a few fresh coat of paint? The beautification of downtown plantings, new streets, underground wires and lamp posts look great, however this building is an eyesore. It would look attractive with a facelift of a great paint job. Has the owner of this building been contacted?

My concern is has I I drive down north main street I observe the side walks are being over run with wild weeds , and some home owners aren't keeping their yards free of the grass and brushes at a manicured level. we do not want to have ant tick infestation which could cause more problems for both humans and pets, however I have seen improvement with the town doing some great work on fixing things. , I do think that the Town should impose a fine on the homeowners to keep their yards and grass clear of any eye sores or things that is deem to be trash . last but not least , I have also seen trash being put out a day earlier than the designated trash day , this is also a problem , the cats or critters come by and rip the plastic bags open and the trash is all over the street .
Thanks for looking into these matters

While driving around town many of us have become increasingly bothered by the run-down condition of properties. Overgrown grass, untrimmed shrubs, weeds covering sidewalks, trash piled up in yards, and litter everywhere. Homeowners (and this includes absentee landlords) need to be held accountable for the condition and upkeep of their property. There are by-laws on the books pertaining to property maintenance, and these laws need to be enforced. There should be a system of warnings and fines for non-compliance. As it is now, many neighborhoods have the look of a run-down, blighted community. This is a quality of life issue.
Robert Arey Drive Randolph, Massachusetts - Randolph
This light is the 4 pole on the street (the 3rd with a light on it). The street light pole numbers follow the house numbers. This light is right in front of 5 Robert Arey Drive. It has trees that have grown all in front of the light.
This is the 5th time I have reported this issue, previoiusly I had been informed that the tree has to be cut back so I reported that and asked for the town to cut it back so the light can be fixed.
Both issues need to be corrected, it is very dark in the area and due to this not safe.

A rental family (I think they were renters and I'm not sure if they were all family) have recently moved to brockton and there is trash in the front yard. this house has been neglected by the landlord and also needs maintenance (new front steps, power wash exterior, trim overgrown bushes, etc..) please contact landlord and advise. This has been neglected for many years since the nice elderly lady that owned and lived there died.

Numerous open trash containers attracting animals and with warm weather causing odor. Litter all over lawns, sidewalks and street which is very unsightly and brings down property values. These issues are also evident in this same area on Pine Avenue and Kennedy Drive.
27 Cedar Avenue Randolph, Massachusetts - Randolph
Trash barrels left in front of house and more on side of house in view of street. Old rusted remnants of swing set in yard. Parking on unpaved area of "lawn" causing deep ruts and mud. All issues very unsightly and add to bringing down value of homes in neighborhood.
64 Pleasant Street Randolph, MA - Randolph
Vehicles blocking the sidewalk on a very busy street! Allen street has had at least one child fatality, and multiple accidents in the area of this home, and intersection.
Multiple reports of vehicles parking at this residence that are blocking the sidewalk and even into the street. For many months.
RPD have responded, but apparently been ignored.
