This NHI article states that a daycare would be a way to bridge the gap between Sci Park and Dixwell/NewHall.
There is much need for a community room a web access in both of these neighborhoods.
The Rose center is exclusive to those enrolled in programs and the library is too far for many. Science park is a good neutral area for kids to have a community room.

Numerous lights are not working along both sides of the streets. There are no pole numbers present. I return home from work late every night and I deserve to see up and down the street when I get my car. This is a real safety issue.

The curb in front of the house is too high. There is a senior who can not climb the curb to get to her property from her car. I observed the site and noticed there was work done over the city curb that doubled the height of the curb. She already fell twice and neighbors helped her up. This issues needs to be solved.
