Golf Links Road Oakland, CA - SequoyahIt is a long and narrow "pothole" located between the manhole cover and the guard rail. My scooter tire got caught in this groove causing me to lose control of my bike and crash into the guard rail. There were no markings on this hole as you can see by the attached photo taken minutes after the accident.
