    The Ashby intersection at Claremont is dangerous to make left turns at and leads to unnecessary congestion on Ashby during peak hours. It'd be better and safer if there were dedicated Left Turn lanes and better still if there were a left turn signal.

    Sensor at Claremont Hotel main entrance is not functioning leading to traffic light going red to Tunnel Road when no cars are at Claremont entrance. This creates VERY bad traffic conditions both ways on Tunnel Road at all hours but particularly at busy times.

    I think this is supposed to be an evergreen, but it's looking rather dead. Since it's a 50 feet (+?) tree, it's probably unsafe to have this near an intersection and surrounding houses. Could you please check it out?
