Enfield District 2

The left turn arrow turning into the Enfield Square does not work properly making it very dangerous trying to see beyond traffic sitting at the opposite side waiting to turn into Stateline Plaza. Needs to be fixed.

1 of 2 Green lights on traffic control device at entrance to Costco, traveling North on Freshwater, has been out for approx. 3 weeks. Is there any intention of repairing?

I beleive the ocupants of the house have moved out of the last house on the left. A contractor has been pillin junk at the curb and into the street. They have brought junk in from other locatons.

Parking is a big issue. A "No Parking On This Side Of Street" would be nice on the lower numbered block. The new street work is complete and beautiful. However parking from all the local drug houses clog up the street and make it a safety issue should an ambulance or firetruck need to pass through. It would also be nice to see a cruiser once in a while in the evenings when drugs are being bought and sold in front of the house. Just a suggestions.

No cruisers are in the neighborhood unless called, and when called, no action is taken. Drug dealers on each corner of White St./Windsor St. People outside screaming at each other, profanity, horn tooting late at night. No respect for neighbors. No one seems to care except for the people who have to get up and go to work in the morning. Grrrr.

People own a vicious pit bull and I am afraid it will break its leash and severely maul someone. There is someone living in an illegal 3rd floor apartment. Cars are parked on the sidewalk making it impassable.

Not always the same guy... Sometimes an African American guy, sometimes a skinny white guy... Hopping into or out of a car near these two streets, only to be deposited/picked up again in the same spot a few minutes later. Typically near 5pm. Neighbor on Washington confirms similar activity. There are a lot of kids in the neighborhood, and Alcorn's playground is a stone's throw. What's a concerned citizen to do?

This huge pile of household junk has been there for over a week now. Trying to run a ballroom dance studio at 127 Pearl with people coming from all over CT and MA - not good for business - and the local residents in general

I believe the house is being foreclosed on and the people moved out and piled all kinds of garbage on the tree belt – worried about rats and rodents moving into the trash pile.
