F Street, approaching this very busy intersection in the downtown business district, has yet to be plowed. Not only is this an inconvenience to drivers, cyclists and pedestrians, but it's also a safety hazard. Imagine when all that slush turns to ice, too!

Go to 311.dc.gov and try and report a problem that is not located at a specific address or at an address that is in the DC database. Go ahead, just try it. For example, I have tried repeatedly to report pedestriant safety program (crosswalk) signs that need to be replaced at two intersections near my house.

I should be able to to do this at 311.dc.gov. Of course, I can't. The website doesn't allow intersections to be reported. Neither does it allow an address that isn't keyed to a specific house. Furthermore, it automatically 'validates' the address information you put in, usually changing NW to NE, in my case. Also, it really really wants a +4 zip code.
It is, for all intents and purposes, broken in the same way that 911 is broken: if you need to report a problem that is not at a very specific and known address (i.e., a house), then you're out of luck.
Go ahead, try it. Try and report a problem with an intersection. Go ahead, try it, and see what happens. I'll wait here for you.

DC Govt Vehicle parked in a No Parking Zone. Also due to location of parked vehicle it is blocking (ADA) sidewalk/crosswalk access.

The exit from the third street tunnel to D street is a very busy place. Drivers frequently abuse the right turn on red after slowing down a little bit law. Additionally some drivers turn left on red which the district web page advises is not permitted in DC. I suggest a new (oh lord help us an new sign) sign be placed that states that LEFT TURN ON RED IS ILLEGAL IN DC.
As with the right turn, some drivers turn left without slowing down.

Drivers within the District, whether they are residents or from MD or VA, are becoming more and more dangerous. Most concerning is the number of drivers who blow through yellow and red lights - I ride my bike around town and see this happen multiple times a day. Also concerning are the number of drivers that fly down residential streets - with complete disregard for bikers and pedestrians. The city needs to crack down on drivers breaking traffic rules and endangering everyone.

At rush hour in the evening, there are so many pedestrians crossing 14th St NW that cars trying to turn left off of I St. onto 14th must wait until the last 2 or 3 seconds of the green light, and often don't get to turn at all. Drivers get frustrated from the wait, and bolt into the intersection trying to cheat the red light any way. The pedestrians are not doing anything wrong, it's just that the volume of people takes so long to cross. Can the district provide crosswalk traffic guards or some other way to get things moving safely?
