    This apartment complex has been housing gangs/drug dealers/violent criminals/sex offenders for years. This shooting episode (03/07/12) is not the first but we need help to make sure it is the last. It is time for the City of Keizer to step up and clean up this neighborhood. All of Keizer should be safe. I should not have to worry about my kids walking to or playing at the local parks. Please help!

    There is a bush in front of the shopping strip where Solar Nails, Cricket is that is off whitish and when you are trying to pull out from the end where the market is it would be to the left. It is growing out and hanging into River Rd and you can not safely see on coming traffic.

    Marion County: NO more then 4 mammals older than 4 months are allowed on a residential property. Saw 7 cats in front yard yesterday. Have counted as many as 27. They're are just being fed by absent homeowners. No vet care. Kittens die and carcasses decompose in front yard. Been going on for over 2 years. Enough is enough.

    The tenants at 588 Sunset Ave. NE persistently park in the new bike lane on Sunset Avenue. The widening of this street was eagerly awaited as it would make it safer for our children and neighbors to commute this street, but those parking in the bike lane, and even extending into the street make it very unsafe.

    Chemawa Road from Lockhaven to Verda is extremely busy with many people driving over the speed limit. Our children and those living in the area like to walk and ride bikes along that road - they have to in order to get anywhere else...we need a sidewalk that spans the entire length of that section of road.     There needs to be a red light camera at the stoplight leaving Keizer Station heading east to I-5. People very clearly and blatantly run this stoplight (Which is very visibly marked "NO turn on red") all day and night, everyday, and I cannot tell you how many times I have nearly been in and/or witnessed an accident because of people running this red light. This needs to stop!

    The left turn lights are easily seen by the lanes going straight and can cause vehicles in those lanes going straight to think they have a green light. This is especially bad west bound on Chemawa/Lockhaven. I have seen many false starts, near accidents, and a few accidents where people going straight see the green of the left turn lanes and start going when their lane is still red. Please put some kind of filter on the left turn lights so they can not be seen easily by the other lanes.

    Huge pothole with metal plates and bolts that fly off RR tracks every time you go over it. This has cause me to have a motor mount break on me and a flat tire.
