    Alley way littered with debris again. South side of parking lot is also littered with 40oz beer bottles, empty cigarette packs, snack wrappers etc. If they allow the same group of people to hang out and party on their property they should keep it cleaned up after the "club" house closes at dusk. Please enforce stricter control of the Family Dollar compound/parking lot to deter drinking alcohol in public. Keep the dumpster area clean!! Keep the alleyway clean!!! Keep dumpsters secure to prevent public urination by males standing/drinking alcohol in the Family Dollar parking lot all day - every day.
