    This house burned several months ago and the owners stripped it of everything of value shortly afterward and have done nothing since. It is an eyesore and a danger. I have caught kids around it on several occassions and "scavengers" have tried getting in. I thought the owners only have 90 days to tear it down or start work on it but nothing has been done.

This includes ... any structurally unsound fences or structures; or any lumber, trash, fences, debris or vegetation which may prove a hazard for inquisitive minors.
