INVARIABLY THERE ARE SEVERAL CARS GOING STRAIGHT IN THE RIGHT TURN LANE COMING FROM THE WEST WHEN NO TRAFFIC IS COMING FROM THE NORTH AND THE CENTER, NO TURN LANE IS EMPTY. IT WOULD REALLY HELP.
