It is highly visible from the freeway and is the major way Oakland Citizens access the 880 freeway. This makes the entire city look bad.

Trash is falling down into the path of traffic and pedestrians are crossing in front of cars. Some is going to get hurt or killed if this is allowed to go on. CalTrans needs to do something about it!

They have also dumped their garbage along the west fence of these two lots.
