    Drivers are constantly driving right through this stop sign and it is a bus stop for Downingtown School District. The speed limit is 25 and rarely are drivers maintaining that speed.

    The soil at the guardrail, (right side), over top of the storm drain has washed away and now the road is degrading to the point that the white line is gone and caving in. This photo is old and has gotten much worse. It wont belong before more soil washes out under the road. This needs to be addressed by Downingtown.
