apartment rents what he calls a mini apartment in his apartment it's down stairs from the main apartment there is one entrance it's a common entrance to both the main house and the room he calls mini apartment there is a bath in hallway right of entrance to the main apartment it's nothing more then a room down stairs from the main house with a single entrance i believe this is illegal and has the potential to be dangerous in the event of fire deep river zoning board and the deep river fire department should look into this before someone gets hurt.

THE VALLEY RR HAS SPRAYED SOME TYPE OF PESTICIDE THAT KILLS ALL THE FLORA & FAUNA, IT EVEN TERMINATES THE LIVES OF SMALL RODENTS & SNAKES. CAN THIS BE SAFE FOR SMALL CHILDREN, PETS OR PEOPLE WHO HIKE ON THE RR TRACKS.

We as a neighborhood have had to deal with dump trucks running on our road to get sand from a sandpit that has no permit to be doing business. They are clearing land that they have been told not to clear, and we as neighbors are SICK of hearing "there is nothing we can do"! there needs to be SOMETHING we can do!

have contacted the DOT several times regarding this pipe that is full of trash, sand, etc. when it rains it overflows and water runs throught a building... am told the machine is down.
