tRASH, TORN BLUE TARPS, GAS CANS, GARBAGE! HELP!!!

Is there a statue, that prohibits, in the interests of the common valuation of real estate values, the parking of vehicles outside designated driveways? This neighbor has decided to park, out of the sheer number of vehicles that frequent the address, on the front lawn. This provides not only an eyesore that detracts from the possibility that buyers will find cause to purchase one of our many homes available for sale, but also, an undesirable precedent that will possibly encourage the practice.

There are 7 cars in yard. Most are never moved and have been there several years.

I live at 2804 Monteith Road. There is a section of land that belongs to the City that is very much overgorwn. We are getting snakes, rodants, and trash from this property onto ours. Please let me know if the City will ever cut this property? Thank you

Inoperative vehicle (neither tagged, nor inspected) has sat in yard of resident for 6 years. White delivery truck is visible from road and is used as a shed.
