As many of us know , the past few months the van is back It was moved for the weekend over to a parking lot but now it back at the same spot and today I know it was on expired meter (I check the number my self as I waled to lunch)Why this area not be cleaned up. It looked great for the parade etc last week end. I am counting down till my place of work moved out of down town to east Cary where it is a safe clean place to walk at lunch etc!! Come on July!!

Homeless Vagrants are Loitering on benches next to the entrance to Moore Square Transit Station

There is no Bus stop in this location
( ~148 East Martin Street) so people have no right
to illegally loiter here - note that the
Moore Square Transit Station's blue signs with
"no excessive malingering" applies here

The Raleigh Times is leaving their garbage cans outside 24/7. It is making pedestrian traffic difficult/unpleasant and is limiting already terrible parking. There are at least 15 cans of garbage/food waste blocking the sidewalk at all hours of the day or night! GROSS! Not to mention it draws attention to their filthy kitchen just inches away from all that trash. Aren't there rules for this?

COR is enforcing an illegal establishment of religion by government by allowing Church-in-the-woods to run a church on government owned land (park)

Also lay members of Church-in-the-woods harass people who do not believe the same thing as them even though they are only there for food

When will COR 'meter' the Saturday and Sunday use of Moore Square Park so groups who do not have the same beliefs as Church-in-the-woods
can have equal access to run their version of their church in the park ?

such as Jews, Muslims, Atheists etc

Who is responsible for cleaning up after the RPD horses when they poop all over the sidewalk?

Newest place to deal drugs...in Nash Square, directly across from City Hall. Behind the plants on the corner near the electric charging stations, along the brick wall. Early 20's hispanic male, 5'5, slight build but muscular, shaved head, usually in a black tank top. Been there all weekend, all hours. May also be working at the @#$% shop down the street across from Legends.

I believe these are phone lines that are down. They were wrapped around at least 3 poles on this street but have come undone. They need to be removed as they are unsightly and a tripping hazard.

People loitering in front of the businesses surrounding Moore square transit station has become a huge problem and is of great concern to customers and business owners. Panhandling, begging, profanity, open containers/alcohol consumption, public urination, littering, sleeping, etc has made Wilmington st an unpleasant place to be for everybody. Please help to solve these problems so downtown Raleigh can be enjoyable for everyone.

Apparently the picture of the poster I took of the entrance to Our Place was too graphic to put online on SCF, why should the rest of us be subject to seeing it? Can the City do something about Our Place keeping their front door open with the giant @#$% sign visible? Or if they want to keep the front door open, take down the @#$% poster at the front entrance.
