Federal St Philadelphia, PA - Wharton-Hawthorne-Bella Vistarear loading area of the Oriental Supermarket has open pallet and product storage. Loading trucks back up, over curb, breaking concrete and drain inlets consistently. Rats, smell, etc. Can't they add a fence/shrubs/trees along the rear? Residents have this as their front yard on Federal Street.

When street cleaners are in the vicinity for post New Years clean-up of the mummers/2 street parties, why not clean 4th street with the street sweepers at the same time?

broken sidewalk OpenS 5th St Philadelphia, PA - Pennsport-Whitman-QueenSidewalk and fence is in horrible shape around the perimeter of Sacks Park. Tree roots are uplifting sidewalk 4 to 5 inches, many areas are almost gravel, this corner is well ignored and needs some TLC (and street trees too)

1300 Block S 6th At Sears (Nw Corner) Philadelphia, PA - Wharton-Hawthorne-Bella VistaThis house dumps rice and other household debris on the sidewalk on Sears, leaves mailing all over 6th to blow around, and has piles of junk that get everywhere on windy days. It's an eyesore.

That is a major hassle and hazard. Streets department has been informed of this a number of times and has still failed to act. Please fix the street.

pedestrian deaths has already occurred at this location. Months ago, still no enforcement, fire plug fenced in, pedestrians forced into streets, south on 6 th & east on Washington
