Fence along Powell Street is in disrepair. The chain link fence posts are pulled out of the ground. The fence is rusty. The top railing of the chain link fence is bent. The wood fence is broken. And the concrete pillars are broken off. All in all, it seems unsafe as well as generally run down and forgotten.

These Oil storage tanks are rusting badly and are directly across from single family homes. Its curious that the City allowed these homes to be built so close to this industrial petroleum storage facility, as I see children playing very close to this property quite frequently, but can something be done about these eyesores? Aside from the question of maintenance (if Pennzoil maintains the exterior of their tanks like this, what priority do they give for other maintenance and safety protocols?), can the City cite them for being an eyesore (Nuisance Conditions)? The planning department indicated to me that this area has been rezoned as residential and Pennzoil was grandfathered in, but it seems they should be required to maintain their storage tanks properly. Thanks in advance to our City officials for looking into this matter and advising if anything can be done (e.g is there no requirement that they properly maintain and routinely paint these huge, very publicly visible storage tanks?).

Tons of patrons smoke outside wallys bar not in compliance with no smoking ordinance. It drifts to bus stop where i have to breathe it while waiting for bus. Some ticketing needs to be done, crack down on smokers

Lagoon 3 is always a mess.

The sidewalk in front of this address is a broken ankle waiting to happen. There are chunks of concrete that are missing. My kids tripped on it during halloween. I tripped on it this morning while going for a run. Please fix it ASAP before someone actually breaks an ankle.

This house has 3 cars/trucks in driveway all junk. Piles of other junk everywhere. It looks awful and is against code. Also the red truck in the picture often illegally parks on the red painted curb as you can see in google street view. Please have them haul the junk away.

There was a fire at this location last fall. Household items are now piled outside. Burned out fridge on porch since the fall.

We need a pedestrian crosswalk at Buena Vista @ Ohlone, please!

Many people walk along Grand Ave in order to access the beautiful park along Grand Marina. However, this session of the Grand Ave, between Clement Ave and Formann Way, is really not that friendly to pedestrian. It's very bumpy (especially not easy for strollers and bikes) and also there is no side walk.

Every time we walk to park we run into cigarettes. Your refusal to enforce the ordinance is not helpful. Also at Southshore where we often run into customers and Safeway truck drivers smoking on the sidewalks and walkways.

Please fix the bench and fountain that Isabelle Clark donated for animals. It was damaged in a storm. You can move further back to protect it - people no longer drive their carriages up to it to water their horses. I'm sure wildlife and pet owners would appreciate a place to get a drink and sit down, facing into the park or Encinal street ( more foot traffic).

People: sign this petition to let Parks and Rec know that we can fix this if we have the money to to fix other things - like the jet at the Old Air Station.
