  • 7025 Brecken Ridge Avenue Raleigh, NC - Raleigh Council District A

The back gate is open to a swimming pool area, creating a possible hazard for people and animals. There are no lights on or activity, the property may be abandoned. A while back, there was a lot of construction at random times and days on the back of the house and the outbuilding, leaving some debris behind the fence, and a concern as to the safety and quality of the construction.

  • Howard Rd/ Creedmoor Rd Raleigh, NC 27613, USA - Raleigh Council District A

The left turn lights on Creedmoor Rd. to turn onto Howard and onto Bridgeport are extremely dangerous due to the blocked visibility from cars turning left from the other direction in front of you. These lights should be left turn arrow lights only with no yield lights. There was a death this weekend when a car turned in front of a motorcycle and I believe there has been at least one other fatality at this intersection. It is very dangerous. • 6899 Rainwater Road Raleigh, NC 27615, USA - Raleigh Council District A

Please consider placing 3-way stops at intersections on Rainwater, in lieu of proposed 'traffic calming' obstacles. Gresham's Lake, Weybridge, and North Ridge would each work well as 3-way stop intersections where they meet Rainwater.

  • Six Forks And Colonnade Center Drive Raleigh, NC - Raleigh Council District A

There is a very high volume of people crossing both Colonnade Cetner Drive/Forum Drive and Six Forks Road. There is no crosswalk on either side of this Very Busy intersection or even farther down the road. The volume of pedesdtrians continuses to increase as the business in the area flourish. There have been many close calls and soon somebody will be hit.

  • 7228 Mine Shaft Raleigh, NC - Raleigh Council District A

There are always cars parked in the front yard of the house located at 7228 mine shaft. It makes the neighborhood look bad. I'm assuming there is a zoning ordinance against this.

  • 8845-9033 Durant Rd Raleigh, NC 27616, USA - Raleigh Council District A

Could you take a look at the light cycles at the intersection of Durant/Route 1/Perry Creek - especially for the evening hours? The past two nights ~5:30 - 6:00 the eastbound traffic on Durant heading across Capital Blvd to Perry Creek has been backed up to the next traffic signal. This is especially an issue during 'soccer season' at the WRAL fields on Perry Creek. Fields just opened this week for evening practices and the traffic is horrendous. The same issue existed last fall (August-October) and this past spring (February - May). Thanks in advance for taking a look!
