    As many of us know , the past few months the van is back It was moved for the weekend over to a parking lot but now it back at the same spot and today I know it was on expired meter (I check the number my self as I waled to lunch)Why this area not be cleaned up. It looked great for the parade etc last week end. I am counting down till my place of work moved out of down town to east Cary where it is a safe clean place to walk at lunch etc!! Come on July!!

    On Moore Square/ Person street side (White trim in blue Van). I have been in area 2 times a day this is a van has not been moved in over 6 month . NEVER . I asked some one all I was told it a homeless person and we will not tow it ! Sorry I have seen people sleeping in it,selling baggies out of it , This Needs to be moved Towed I do not care who's it is, Many Middle school young adults walk by it daily. do we want people to see this when they come for a walikng tours etc . The pan handlers are bad and makes it a unfriendly place , I have met with a few local people many feel this way, in this area we have a middle school/ Charter Elm school / Children play center . Help let get this cleaned up,

    Homeless Vagrants are Loitering on benches next to the entrance to Moore Square Transit Station

    There is no Bus stop in this location
    ( ~148 East Martin Street) so people have no right
    to illegally loiter here - note that the
    Moore Square Transit Station's blue signs with
    "no excessive malingering" applies here

    We the people who have a place to live are unable to enjoy
    the use of Moore Square Park because there is homeless people constantly harassing us (asking us for money / food etc)

    So is it because we are not homeless that we are second class citizens in the eyes of COR ?

    In issue 438737, the noise ordinance was cited. The excessive noise of the motorcycles falls under:
    (d)
    The use of any automobile, motorcycle or other vehicle so out of repair, so loaded or in such manner as to create loud or unnecessary grating, grinding, rattling or other noise.
    (f)
    The discharge into the open air of the exhaust of any stationary internal combustion engine or motor vehicle, except through a muffler or other device which will effectively prevent loud or explosive noises therefrom.

    I would like to request that RPD start enforcing the noise ordinance by ticketing these offenders of the noise ordinance.

    I walk in the park on a daily basis and it appears that I continue to see more and more people sleeping on the benches, under the benches, and they have bedding and bags all over place.

    The Raleigh Times is leaving their garbage cans outside 24/7. It is making pedestrian traffic difficult/unpleasant and is limiting already terrible parking. There are at least 15 cans of garbage/food waste blocking the sidewalk at all hours of the day or night! GROSS! Not to mention it draws attention to their filthy kitchen just inches away from all that trash. Aren't there rules for this?

    COR is enforcing an illegal establishment of religion by government by allowing Church-in-the-woods to run a church on government owned land (park)

    Also lay members of Church-in-the-woods harass people who do not believe the same thing as them even though they are only there for food

    When will COR 'meter' the Saturday and Sunday use of Moore Square Park so groups who do not have the same beliefs as Church-in-the-woods
    can have equal access to run their version of their church in the park ?

    such as Jews, Muslims, Atheists etc

    Homeless trespassing on church property on Saturdays by sitting on the steps and the wall

    this property is posted no trespassing, so all cops have to do is drive by and arrest the homeless trespassers
