    So we spent over a million dollars so that homeless people could have a "Safe Harbor" right in downtown West Chester, and we cant drive down Market St without dodging potholes. Dear West Chester: Fix your streets, its embarrassing! Cant you recognize how much nicer this town would be with nice tarmac?!!!??

    This ENTIRE road is full of horrible potholes, bumps, and ridges. It's impossible to drive, even slowly, without being jolted and irritated by the horrible condition of the road. I think we should just get it over with already and pave it. A short time of inconvenience to pave the road would solve a HUGE problem!

    There are two clearly marked turn lanes when making the left onto E Chestnut from Matlack/Gay St. As soon as you turn onto Chestnut the lanes disappear and road narrows (mostly because of parked cars) and there is no indication that you are suppose to merge. Are there two lanes or one? Which side merges into the other? Is one lane a turn lane?

    A little paint and a sign would go a long way here. I've seen so many people over the years nearly get into accidents (and fights) over who has the right of way.

    Due to the fact almost all cars speed on Price Street there are a number of near accidents or accidents that occur on the intersection of Price and Brandywine. Price has high volume and traffic moves too fast for a residential road. A stop sign is needed on Price to help save lives. There are many children in the area.

    Two blocks beteen Sharpless St. and Rosedale ave. is a "war zone" looking street and has been that way for a number of years! Who is responsable for fixing it??

    This street is full of holes and bumps. Especially going down the hill, it makes it hard to stop.

    Patrons leaving The Note get approached and followed when walking to their cars near the train station. One patron was approached for money but when they let the person know they had something for self defense the person took off. Another patron was followed by two members of the Star Social Club Police presence should be increased for this area. Police presence should be increased - people leaving The Note feel very uncomfortable and threatened, most have resorted to carrying mace, those who have a carry conceal permit use it, or the buddy system. But police are rarely seen driving by hence why the presence should be increased to give the statement that they know there is some trouble

    The West Chester Borough has once again chosen not to take snow storms seriously. Sharpless Street, Church Street, Matlack Street, all of these streets were not plowed, or plowed so poorly that there is still snow all over the ground. The traffic is not an excuse - look at West Chester Pike.
    USE YOUR PARKING TICKET MONEY AND PLOW CORRECTLY!
