The block of Oxford Avenue between Griscom and Frankford is always filthy. The street is never cleaned, still has trash from last year's snows. Septa takes no responsibility.

Every weekend rowdy crowds gather at Elran's Place resulting in sleepless nights among other nuisances: shootings, arguments, loud music, public drinking, weed selling, vomitting, urinating on cars, sitting on steps, dancing on cars, blocking traffic, etc.

in the least amount of words i will try to explain--i now live next to an abandoned property-the property is not secure and its just a matter of time before the copper/water heater/wiring and who knows what else will be gone--the office of property assessment website has the name of someone who has not owned the property in 8 months-noboby can tell me who owns the property so i can get it secured and i was advised not to secure myself because i would be in violation--ive tried realtors/banks/the city of philadelphia/local committemen /licenses and inspections/the police department--im at a lose

the only thing the city told me is that if i report the property as "vacant and open" that they would have someone "sometime" within the next thirty days to secure the property--by then im sure the damage will be done to that property as well as collateral damage to mine---anyone? anyone? thanks
