Germantown Ave. between W. Montgomery and W. Berks St is a junk yard, trash, over-grown vacant lot corridor.

Considering the first murder of last summer (2010 - Sabina Rose O'Donnell) happened just blocks away from here and that the victim was dragged into a vacant lot that was overgrown, these should be looked into and owners need to clean it up ASAP or the city needs to. It's not only an eyesore but it's EXTREMELY scary walking by during the day. I've seen drug addicts walk in and out of
