  • 1521 Brown St Philadelphia, PA - Francisville
    Someone gutted a house and left huge amount of debris on two vacant lots on the 1500 block of Brown St. I contacted the Francisville NDC (Penny Giles) multiple times and they have done nothing. I've also reported this to 311. The debris has been out there for 1 month now. This morning I saw a bum laying amongst the rubble. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
