Bureau of Forestry Tree Planting S/S

City started planting trees along Leland Ave just east of CTA tracks, (3locations ) at south side of street. Crew spay painted the sidewalk then saw cut the sidewalk, then Jackhammered the sidewalk and removed some but not all sidewalk pavement. But did not plant trees, they did mulch where where concrete was removed? Is this street art? Performance art? Would be nice to have the trees installed like what was done on the rest of Leland. CC sent to SSA and Alderman's office. Do not close unless trees are planted, or sidewalk is replaced with concrete not mulch.
