    Tree came down in the big March storm, but how long to at least rope off the large hole right on the bike/ walking path, let alone remove the tree. This is our county government at work.

    Bear Mountain State Parkway Cortlandt, NY - Cortlandt Manor

    NYS needs to complete the connection between Bear Mountain State Pkwy and the small extension that comes off of the Taconic! The right-of-way is there, they just need to get this project done already! Just imagine how this would relieve traffic on Route 202! A drive between Peekskill and Yorktown could be cut by at least 10-15 minutes! Then they can work on making Route 202 better, and more pedestrian/bicycle friendly if they want.

    At this blind curve on Rt 123 in Lewisboro, the biker or walker is forced into the road because the shoulder has washed out to a depth of about 8 inches. Minor investments in these type of deficiencies can have major impacts on safety. At State Rd Marker 123 8701 1042

    Our Cul da sac is all torn up, in fact half of it seems to have lost all of it's black top. My kids can no longer ride their bikes with out getting gravel all over them. My car is white and has black all over the bottom and always has to be detailed because of my rode. This is the 4th year in a row that major pot holes have been filled and they just get plowed up again and again. It is ridiculous we pay 9,900 a year in taxes and have to be living like this.

    This house, since it was recently bought, has become an eyesore. Litter is always all over the lawn and edges of the property. The trash cans and recycling containers are always a mess. People park their cars on the lawn.

    Cars speed down Hillcrest Avenue while children play, ride bikes and run up and down the street. Cars fly down at 40 mph.

    The Dept of Sanitation has not been picking up recycling on Wednesdays as the schedule indicates. If they do, they only service some houses and not others. Also, they pick up only some of each pile. People have resorted to throwing everything out with the trash, but then the regular sanitation men do not pick it up either. This pertains to cardboards, papers, and plastics. Are there some rules we are not following that we were not made aware of?
