    This is the 3rd time we have contacted 311 regarding this issue. It has been closed out twice and obviously the problem has not been resolved. The old case # is 101000944032. Unfortunately, we are going to start contacting whomever we can if this problem is not properly resolved. We have been very patient considering this issue has been drawn out 25+ days. We are asking again that the yard is cleaned up and the plumbing blockage is CORRECTLY fixed.

    The southbound lanes of Dairy Ashford are in horrible condition. The worst is from Memorial to Westheimer. Driving on this stretch of bumpy, pothole, and crack strewn road everyday has already cost me repairs to my truck's suspension. I think it is utterly ridiculous how bad this road is, and the city's sloppy attempts to fix it thus far have not made a bit of difference. I cannot wait to move out of this area!

    The northbound section of Kirkwood from Briar Forest to Buffalo Bayou need a major street overlay. I can't even tell you the number of potholes on this stretch of road. Please repair these potholes now.

    Greenbriar St. From 5400 to 6700 is like a third world road. Never in my life have I seen such an uneven mess in an industrialized urban area. This road has always been bumpy, but has become progressively worse over the past six months. Even the potholes have potholes. Maybe it's worse because of the drought, but that is irrelevant. It needs to be fixed ASAP. My car's shocks can't take it anymore!

    Trash and human waste are on the south end of this lot behind a convenence store. A portion of fence allows people to defecate, sleep, throw trash and do drugs in this area. The owners have been notified by neighbors of the problem but have not taken care of it.

    MacGregor Elementary students walk by this everyday going to and from school.
