No Heat No Hot Water since 2006 Archived29 Brooklyn Ave - Cobble Hill
I have called 311 everyday during the winter since 2006. My elderly parents & I have had to heat water to wash, clean and do everyday activities. The city inspects, issues a violation and nothing changes. If the violation came with a larger fine I truly believe my slumlord would fix the problem immediately!

Abandoned Bikes Open137 Columbia St Brooklyn, NY - Cobble Hill
There are at least 2 bikes that have been permanently chained to the bike rack. One has a bent back wheel.
Please move the rack away from the sidewalk in front of privately owned 2 family homes. The person that originally posted the request for a rack at this location no longer lives here. Across the street is the public Brooklyn Greenway and bike lane. Perhaps it can be moved to the sidewalk section there?· Fix it! Voted! · Share
