    The stop lights at Riverside and East Dr. are way off. Riverside is a major street with a so much traffic. It is a constant build up of cars on Riverside because the light takes way too long. The light is green for East Dr. traffic for too long as traffic never uses the entire light.

    I drive past this property every day on my way home and get sick of looking at this abandoned eyesore that is contaminated according to the IEPA leaking tank website. No clean up work has occurred since 2003 and it worries me to know that this may be contaminating our ground water in Loves Park. The City has invested lots of time and money for North Second Street, yet nothing is done about the first property you see when entering the City from the south. Can something please be done? Can the EPA help out at all?

    The people that go to St. Bridget's Church park on BOTH sides of Clifford Ave, making it difficult for drivers. There is a HUGE parking lot behind the church and it should be used! Not the street! Or they could restrict it to only parking on one side...

    Attempt to drive down Clifford any time church is in session or when there is a funeral/wedding and you can hardly get through if there is another car coming the opposite way! Why can't the street be marked for no-parking on the church side since they have that HUGE parking lot anyway? Keep the parking on the park side because park patrons need to have access to the park.

    Nimtz Road just east of Forest Hills Road is the main road leading to William Charles's headquarters (and quarry). The road is falling apart. The ditches on the side do not assist with drainage, so when it rains or snow melts, the road either has too much water on it or turns into a sheet of ice. Also, large trucks are supposed to be using the Mulford Road entrance, or so the neighbors were told when the old Rockford Blacktop moved here. This road is also the entrance to a subdivision and needs a sidewalk.

    The turn arrow off the northbound lane of Perryville, turning left onto Hwy 173, is not long enough to clear traffic in the turn lane, especially during evening rush hour. Traffic backs up the hill into the left driving lane, causing a moving traffic hazard. The timing of the turn arrow should be at least doubled.
