There is another trough indention, farther down, 20 feet or so going towards N. Ave, from Central. It needs filling in.

475-485 N Central Ave Hapeville, GA - HapevilleThis manhole cover is 2-3 inches below street level. If one drives over it, it is like driving over a pothole, except that it is flat. It could use asphalt filler on top of it, to make it a smooth ride. This is in front of the insurance business, next to the Chick-Fil-A.
