Noyack Rd Sag Harbor, NY 11963, USA - US Congressional District NY1

Eastbound on Noyack Road, Sag Harbor,for the last 3/4 mile . There have been many near misses with vehicles almost playing "chicken" to see who gets past the many obstructions laying in the road. This has been reported to the highway department by me in early December and has only gotten worst with each passing snow.
