Canada Post was contacted and the supervisor for the area stated that it`s not their problem. The box is on Canada Post property, full of Canada post junk mail, and has been there over 3 months. It is an eyesore, and filling up with garbage...it should be removed. -

407 after 14 years Archived255 Simcoe St N Apt 510, Oshawa, Ontario - OshawaI moved to the US in 1999. I returned to Canada and began settling back in. I was denied issuance of Ontario plates as I owed 407ETR. I had forgotten about the bill with so much to handle in the US, new marriage, new job and responsibilities, baby, etc. The bill was about $400. I received a bill from the 407ETR very shortly thereafter I returned home and they claim I owe them over $4000. Whaaaat? Shylocks are prevented from collecting this kind of interest. I don't have that kind of money, I just spent almost $10,000. moving my family back from the US. My wife's papers are not finished yet so we cannot put the plates in her name just now so I am forced to drive with my US plates and license until she can put everything in her name. This means I have to risk vehicle and lawsuits should an accident occur because US insurers will not pay for a claim on residents that moved out of country

Pothole damaging suspension ArchivedKing St At Centre St Oshawa, ON L1H, Canada - OshawaI reported this pothole earlier but I photographed the wrong one even though the City crew patched up that area. The real offending manhole cover is sunken with a portion of pavement on it to make it ramp up, but it actually jars the hell out of my car. I dont go that way too often but it is the worst pohthole I have come across
