    While taking a walk and passing by the business located at 1400 Canyon Del Rey, I detected a strong odor of a cannabis related product. It is my understanding that according to their used permits business as of this type are required to have sufficient ventilation to avoid situations that I have just described. I am also in the process of obtaining contact information for the air quality board.

    Walls and signs displaying Del Monte Heights on Broadway (just above Soto, on both sides of street) have badly decayed and need maintenance. Sidewalks are weedy and dirty, walls are grungy, and wooden signs need to be repainted. We assume these spaces and signs are Seaside property, but if not, please say so. Since I live in the neighborhood, I'd be glad to put in a few hours' work to weed, sweep, paint. If there's a volunteer group who should step in, I'd like to know. Thanks.
