Windsor City (Roughly)

on 193 Shiloh Rd there are alot of all cars that no one uses, there is also a realy old building where alot of rats live in and during winter they go in to the houses, can someone pleace do something about it to fix this problem

Bulldozed earth, weeds and litter. A total eyesore!

The street light has been out for over five years across from my home of 17 years my car has been broken into twice and the tail gate off my truck has been stolen.
With repeated calls to the city nothing has been done.
What does one have to do to get it replaced with a new bulb?
Perhaps they don't have a new bulb as they don't have a vibraplate when they put AC in the holes on Lavelle Rd making more of a mess than was there before.
And when they don't use tack oil it doesn't stay for long anyway. Is this how are tax dollars are being used for shotty work?
Perhaps they can do a good job on the light, you can not even see my home or the one across the street from a 100 yards away at night.
Please get this light fixed before something bad happens to our home or vehicles

Horrible potholes/bumps at railroad crossing going east; this is an ongoing issue in both directions.

The light for turning left onto Shiloh doesn't work, waited 10 min before taking alternate move.
