    There was a handicap space in front of this home at 243 windsor street but now the sign was taken down. Can someone in the traffic department please remove the blue marking paint on the ground. The people that formally held the space are hoarding the parking space like they still have exclusive rights to it. Would someone please clear this up for the neighborhood these bullies are inconveniencing the whole block.
