And then, the actual walk time is extremely short. This creates a safety hazard as the actuator seems to be broken and cyclists and walkers are tempted to cross against the signal. Further, there are other traffic signals on each side that actuate even though the walk signal does not. It seems the message is that motorized vehicles are much more important than measly little pedestrians and cyclists. Please fix!

Non-illuminated No Left Turn Sign ArchivedOlin Rd And Arlington Blvd Fairfax, Virginia - Seven CornersAt this intersection there is supposed to be an electronic sign for westbound traffic indicating when left turns are prohibited (evening rush) . The electronic sign is no longer illuminating and the conventional sign that says no left is obscured by foliage and poorly located.

5th St S And S Jefferson St Arlington, Virginia - GlencarlynThere are potholes and large, dangerous, unfilled boreholes both in the approximate middle of the intersection AND a row of boreholes south of the intersection on the west side of S. Jefferson -- 7 of them. My wife almost refractured her ankle accidentally stepping on a borehole. I reported this via Arlington County's system over 2 months ago and nothing has been done. Very frustrating.

We and others have posted multiple reports to the official Arlington website and they have all been removed even though no work has been done. What's it going to take? Issues in both directions, worst southbound in left lane between 5200 and 5400 blocks.
