1234 Franklin street has a sign that is displayed in the front yard on a residential property. The sign is obstructing view and the residents do not desire it's presence on the street where they live. I was informed by a 311 rep. That sign was scheduled to be removed no later than March 30th. Tt is March 31st and the sign resides at the address. The residence have been looking forward to removal of the sign. I have requested in 4 previous service request that the inspector please give me a call at 202-528-3560. To no avail have I received a call. This situation is becoming a matter for the council and Mayor to look into. I feel like I am chasing tickets to no avail to have the illegal signs removed from the front yard of the resident. Please contact me immediately to avoid escalation of this matter to the council or Mayor. Thank you. Former ANC Rayseen Woodland

The sign appear to be illegal. The time noted reads 7:00 a.m - 5:p.m. Mon -Sun. The dumpster is located at the property after 5:p.m. This dumpster is never moved from the street and it is partly stored in the street where main traffic travel. It also obstructs the view of other vehicles leaving their driveway. The dumpter is occupying parking that is normally used by the residents on that street. Now some residents have to drive to 10th Street to park their vehicles when the arrive home. This dumpster obstructs vehicle vuew. Please investigate this matter as quickly as possible and contact me of your findings. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank s. Former ANC 5B comissioner Rayseen Woodland

Some vehicles have to move over some into the on coming traffic. Please investigate and verify if a permit was administered by the District of Columbia allow the dumpter to reside in the residential parking area for 4 months allowing a developer to bring nuisances to the residents living near the property. Thank you very much.
