Eight new homes were built on this block within the past year. The road is badly damaged with deep potholes and ditches. It needs to be repaved and cleaned. This is part of the beautification effort we are tyring to make to the block. The road is holding us back from our goals.

There is a disabled automobile parked on the sidewalk for the past 3 months at address 751 S Chadwick Street. The front bumper of the automobile is pressed up against a city curbside pole. It's an early 1980's beige sedan-model vehicle. Resident neighbors cannot walk on the sidewalk because of how it is parked; it has not moved for several months and needs to be addressed.

This block has several large voids (pot holes) in the street's surface. It is causing delays in through-traffic and also creating a dangerous street to walk on.

Please fill the voids and repave the street. The block has 10 brand new homes released within the last 6 months. Filling the voids and repaving will help beautify the block and encourage upkeep from surrounding neighbors.

There is a sidewalk/curbside parking issue on the 738-769 block of Chadwick street. Emergency and delivery vehicles cannot access the street and visually impaired pedestrians cannot walk on the sidewalk of the street, all because folks are parking their cars halfway on the sidewalk and street. I almost hit a family of 5 with my car that was walking in the middle of the street because there was no room for them to safely walk on the sidewalk. Citations need to be given to those who illegally park. Phila Parking Auth explains that, in any situation, it is illegal to park on a sidewalk. Most of those who park don’t reside on the block at all!

This is an abandoned building. The rear wall of this building has previously served inadvertently as a commons area for homeless until new homes were built in 2011 and cleared the area, now exposing 100 feet of graffiti (yes, 100 feet). Vandals defaced the former murals that children painted who once occupied the building during its operation. We have seen new graffiti added since the area was cleared out earlier this year.

I've attempted to contact the owner of the abandoned property but was unsuccessful.
