    Where Illinois is now northbound into Grant circle only, the bollards are not close enough to prevent cars from being able to still turn southbound onto the one way street. Need one or two extra bollards.

    New bike lane was put in where Grant circle exits onto Illinois southbound, but they didn't removed the bollard that's bolted into the ground in what is now the very middle of the bike lane. Bollard needs to be removed and placed so cars can't turn onto Illinois.

    Cars on Park Rr cannot see cars or cyclists coming down the hill on Park Pl because of parked cars on Park Pl north of the intersection. They have to pull into the bike lane to see traffic. Very dangerous at the bottom of a hill!
