Man in the Moon

All lamps on the underside of the overpass over Union Ave (at the junction with Water St), just north of the train and police stations, are out. At night it is hard to see while walking under the overpass. One also feels unsafe. There is no excuse for this not to be a completely well-lit area. Thank you for your attention.
