Davila campaign stencils have not been cleaned up. Moisture is causing them to run, resulting in unsightly stains on the sidewalk throughout the neighborhood.

Thanks to the City for putting up more tamper-proof traffic calming devices. Unfortunately, it looks like it was not enough of a deterrent. The new concrete planter has been knocked over, and is now laying on its side in the middle of the street.

People keep knocking down, moving, or destroying the traffic calming signs and barricades. Is there any way to make these barricades more tamper proof?

Fire hydrant on south side of Russell at Milvia has a steady dripping leak

Fence is falling down/falling apart. There is a gap in the fence that is getting larger and is now almost big enough for the dog in the yard of this house to escape. I avoid walking past this area with my dog because I'm concerned the dog behind this fence might get out and get in a fight with my dog.

The auto related thefts on this block have gotten out of hand. This morning, I found a car with three of its four wheels stolen. Something needs to be done to stop this trend before the thieves become even more emboldened. (Code enforcement requiring the adjacent property owner to clean up the site, mobile police camera kiosk?)
