    The snow and wind caused a tree to split and fall. The tree is partially blocking the side walk and street.

    I am a resident on Eldert St, it is very difficult to drive down the street with out slipping and sliding. The plows never came down this street, leaving a lot of snow. The snow is now frozen which is making it very difficult to travel the street. There are plenty of handicap residents on this street. I notice our surrounding streets have been plowed. We need this street plowed.
