    The area under this underpass on the Eastbound and Westbound side desperately need stronger lights. When exiting Village Road or turning left onto Village Road in the early hours after the sun rises it is impossible to see cars under the underpass. Especially if they do not have there lights on. Someone in our office had there car totaled at this intersection. Please put lights with a higher lumen output. This is a safety issue. Thank you. If I can add a picture I will.
