    The street light in the back alley behind 1813 is off and has been going off on a regular basis. We had multiple car breaking attempts.

    We have a bunch of rats crossing in our front yard! There are a lot of constructions going on around and maybe displacing the rats. We even found some in our closed trash containers.

    We always get some illegal dumping in the alley. The church behind had cameras and it could be possible to identify the person doing that and fine them. This alley has been up for repair to make it more welcoming for years but we haven seen anything happen. This is really frustrating as people use this alley to dump bags they stole from cars parked around,... it just invites more crimes.
